About Us

Do you have a store that I can visit?

yes we have a store at (we need to work out this address) or you can find this address on our contact page, but please come past and pop in as we would love to meet you and see what we can do for you. All our products can be found on our online store, and some of our products can also be found in a few selected stores across Mauritius, so get in touch with us at support@coastalconnect.mu and we will advise you on the closest store to you.

Where are your products made?

All our materials for our products are sourced from South Africa and all the products are manufactured in South Africa.

Products

Do you have a Vegan Stonelodge range?

Yes, we do have vegan products such as Vegan granola and hunny. You can find the granola on our online store, but if you would like vegan hunny, please send an email to support@coastalconnect.mu and we will assist you.

Do you offer custom designing of products?

We do offer custom design on a variety of our furniture products. If you would like to explore your creative side, please get in touch with us at support@coastalconnect.mu and we will happily assist you.

Logistics

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will take 2-3 days from date of dispatch, for items that are in stock. For delivery all around Mauritius there is a flat rate of Rs80 for orders under Rs1500, but for orders over Rs1500 you will receive free shipping. All shipping will be carried out via Aramex and tracking will be available.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping quotes please contact support@coastalconnect.mu Note we do not accept return on international orders.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

How do I cancel an online order?

If you would like to cancel an online order, please contact us immediately on support@coastalconnect.mu so we can cancel the parcel pick up. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good order.

My order has damaged or incorrect items, what do I do?

Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Coastal Connect at our own cost. Please email support@coastalconnect.mu within 3 business days of delivery should items received be damaged or not reconcile to your invoice.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please email support@coastalconnect.mu to arrange your return and include your order reference, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Note that returns must be received within 10 days of order delivery and must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable conditions. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
